To celebrate the arrival of Spring, we have teamed up to provide an amazing night filled with fresh ingredients and amazing wine!
I/G Winery is the premiere winery located in Southern Utah, Cedar City and the Rib & Chop house has pared their wine with some of our Louisiana specialties.
Coconut Shrimp: Hand Breaded Jumbo Shrimp flash fried and served with a sweet and tangy chili sauce for dipping!
Paired with I/G’s Allure Chardonnay
Strawberry Spinach Salad: Fresh Spinach tossed with a Citrus vinaigrette, blue cheese crumbles, candied almonds, fresh Strawberries and dried cranberries.
Paired with I/G’s 2016 Riesling
Surf and Turf: A hand cut 6 oz. Filet Mignon topped with a cherry, red wine reduction paired with 4 oz. of fresh Swordfish blackened with Cajun Spices, grilled, and topped with our homemade Pineapple Salsa served with grilled asparagus spears!/4
