Spanish (Catalan) Night - Journeys @ Cellar 65

Join us for an all-inclusive evening at Cellar 65, when Chef Kamal will be highlighting some dishes from the Catalan region of Spain!

Whether you love Spanish food or are simply feeling adventurous, this event promises a wonderful experience. So gather your friends and loved ones, and join us for a night to remember!

Make your evening even more special with the addition of a glass of Veuve Cliquot champagne to start your evening! This option is available in the add-on section. Bottles of Dom Perignon and special wines will be available to purchase on the evening.

Ticket costs are per person and include a five course meal, two wine pairings, and gratuity for staff.

Menu for the evening will include:

• Gaspatxo - also known as gazpacho, a refreshing spring soup served chilled

• Crostini bocadillo - a twist on the traditional bocadillo, tuna with green olive and piquillo pepper compote
• Wine pairing
• Seafood & chorizo paella
• Wine pairing
• Pork ribs basted in Pedro Ximenez barbecue sauce with roasted vegetables
• Creme catalan with cherry sauce
