Join us for Slow Wine, Miami Chapter’s first-ever tasting!
Join us for Slow Wine, Miami Chapter’s first-ever tasting!

Started in Italy in 2010, Slow Wine is the natural extension of the Slow Food movement. It’s a pragmatic approach to wine which highlights wineries that respect their local terroir through sustainable methods which benefit the environment.

Led by wine pros, Allegra Angelo (of Vinya)and Lisbet Lopez (of Amara), you’ll taste several Slow Wines and discover what makes them different from conventional wines. This is an educational-forward tasting for the curious palate and for those looking to make better choices when choosing wine. And the best part of all? $5 of your ticket will benefit Slow Food Miami’s Edible School Garden program. Now, that’s a good reason to leave the office early, and head to Amara on May 6th to experience the magic of Slow Wine!
