This 3-hour class is a tasty discovery of French “Fromages” and their matching beverages. The class will start with a little history and discuss the different cheese making processes, the origin of flavors and the difference between raw milk and pasteurised milk cheeses. The tasting will comprise nine cheeses of three different milks (cow, sheep & goat), a selection of breads and the matching beverages include cider, beer, wines and a spirit. Participants will engage in scoring and discussing cheeses and beverages pairing with the group.
