Chocolate lovers, en garde! The premium and artisan chocolate show for the Sacramento Area takes place at the Sacramento CHOCOLATE SALON. Chocolate aficionados, fanatics, lovers and addicts can taste & experience the finest in artisan, gourmet & premium chocolate in one of California's most central regions.

The Sacramento CHOCOLATE SALON participants include over 20 chocolatiers, confectioners, and other culinary artisans, such as Amano Artisan Chocolate, Rainy Day Chocolate, and more.

An intimate setting, the Sacramento Chocolate Salon is the perfect place to find the perfect gift, while tasting and savoring the chocolate lovers experience.

Salon highlights include chocolate tasting, chef & author talks, wine tasting and ongoing interviews by TasteTV's Chocolate Television program. (Salon Entry includes all chocolate & confection tastings, demos, etc.).
