Welcome to the wonderful world of Rum! Not just great for your favorite Mojito or Cuba Libre - Rum is a beautifully diverse spirit with a rich history. Discover the production methods, where sugar cane grows, flavor profiles of Rum , and so much more! Together we will explore the fundamentals and try different expressions of this amazing spirit.


Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor, Sasha Gonzalez.
