Romain Guiberteau is one of the best winemakers in the Loire. His Chenin Blancs and Cabernet Francs from Saumur are regal additions to any cellar. Owner of some of the area's best vineyards on the hill of Breze, long considered a Grand Cru of the Loire, have helped him produce dry Chenins that have been described as having a "punk rock violence, yet Bach-like logic and profoundness." ~ Becky Wasserman.
