Please join us Thursday, June 23rd at 6:00pm as L’Auberge Chez François presents a very special wine tasting and dinner featuring fine rosé wines from France and the United States.
In addition to reds and whites, wine lovers have discovered that rosé is a perfect choice year round to accompany many different cuisines. It is an excellent choice as a light, refreshing glass to enjoy on a summer patio, at the beach, and for all your summer dinners. Rosé’s are red hot!
After we welcome you with canapés and a glass of wine, our sommelier, Richard Holibonich, will lead you through a pre-dinner tasting of three fine French rosés in very different styles. Dinner follows, accompanied by two lovely American rosés, and Richard will comment on their similarities and differences from the French originals that inspired them.
