Let's head south to Texas...

2nd Course

"Galveston, Oh Galveston"

Freshly Shucked Oysters on the Half Shell, served with house made cocktail & mignonette sauce. All paired with a traditional Margarita.

As we start moving east we are checking out Memphis, Tennessee...

3rd Course

"Memphis BBQ Sausage & Cheese Plate"

Smoked Kielbasa, Spicy Tennesse BBQ Sauce, Cubed Pepperjack, Cheddar, and Swiss Cheeses. Paired with a fun and unique rum based Rubber Duckie Cocktail.

Now a little further east we hit Baltimore...

4th Course

"Downtown Baltimore Crab Cake"

Grilled Lump Crab Cake, served with Chive & Lemon Zest Cous Cous, Grilled Asparagus, & Spicy Remoulade Sauce. And try a one of a kind "Baltimore Martini"- Natty Bo with an Old Bay rim.

And we are finishing it all off back on the west coast...

5th Course

"A Little Smores Seattle"

Chocolate Dipped Graham Crackers, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, and Torched Marshmallows to Top Off This Delicious Sandwich. Paired with The Trident.
