Join us for a unique Chef wine dinner. Our Central Market Chef Travis Sigur has created a five-course menu based on classic Creole dishes paired with exceptional single-vineyard wines from Ridge Vineyard. Every course will be more delicious that the last! Enjoy this carefully selected menu, prepared course-by course, alongside expertly matched wines.

First Course: Louisiana Barbecue Shrimp with French Bread Crostini paired with 2022 Ridge Grenache Blanc
Second Course: Hot-Honey Pork Boudin with Saltines paired with 2021 Ridge Paso Robles Zinfandel
Third Course: Red Beans with Cornbread Croutons- Pork Cuts- Andouille Sausage paired with 2021 Ridge Geyserville
Fourth Course: Crawfish-stuffed Pork Chop with Etouffee paired with 2021 Ridge Lytton Springs
Dessert: Bananas Foster King Cake

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
