Regenerative winegrowing is a dynamic approach that at its core is about profitably farming in alliance with the ecosystem. Holistic management is a framework that guides short and long-term decisions to ensure healthy profits, communities, and land. Hosted by the Paicines Ranch Learning Center and facilitated by Kelly Mulville and Rob Rutherford, this two-day immersion will lead participants to a deeper understanding of the practical and economic benefits of partnering with nature using consistently sound decisions.

Start/end time?
Event hours are 9:00 am - 4:30 pm on Thursday and 8:00 am - 3:00 pm on Friday.

Are meals included?
Yes! Your workshop registration includes four delicious and locally sourced meals: lunch and dinner on Thursday and breakfast and lunch on Friday, prepared by Paicines Chef Carlos & team. A cash bar will be available at dinner.

Can I buy a one-day ticket?
Currently, we are only offering full workshop (two-day) tickets. If you would like to attend for only one day, you may sign up on the WAITLIST and we'll let you know if we can accommodate you as we get closer to the event.

Do you have scholarships?
If you are interested in a farmer or student scholarship, please fill out this APPLICATION and we will provide information for sliding-scale tickets.

Are there overnight lodging options?
Lodging at Paicines Ranch consists of an assortment of cottages, full-kitchen houses, and private rooms. To book lodging or to reserve a camping/RV spot, please email lodging@paicinesranch.com .
