Red Horse by David Burke at Bernards Inn will feature five award-winning, single vineyard wines from Goldschmidt Vineyards in a five-course wine dinner May 30 at 6 p.m. The exquisite wine dinner menu created by Chef David Burke will showcase each of the wine’s nuances. Additionally, the dinner featuring wines from California and New Zealand will celebrate the white asparagus season and the height of spring flavors.

According to, Josh Bernstein, Director of Operations, the wine dinner is part of his monthly educational wine or spirts dinner hosted by experts who discuss the wines or spirits, their characteristics and intriguing backstories. It’s one of many exciting in-depth culinary events to take place at Red Horse, voted “Best New Restaurant” by NJ Monthly.
