Hands-on learning makes the process fun and accessible. Learn to make pasta dough with perfect consistency using a stand mixer pasta attachment. Most of the class is spent rolling, cutting, and sealing the pasta into various shapes and sizes. You’ll stuff pasta with a classic ricotta filling, then pair it with traditional tomato and alfredo sauces. The discussion also covers how and why to pair sauces with specific shapes and fillings. A glass of wine is included as you enjoy your meal.
