It’s practically summer in Scottsdale, which calls for a refreshing glass of something cold and some delicious nibbles to go along. With that in mind, Poppy’s Office released a new menu with some of its most popular drinks and dishes remaining, along with some new features.
Take, for example, the Bucca Bucca Suntan Lotion ($7) featuring Romana Sambuca and espresso beans, or the Lychee On Me ($15) made with Chakra Vodka, Lychi-Li, Cave Creek Olive Oil Company White Balsamic lychee air foam, Demerara syrup, lemon and lime.
For a taste of the tropics, the tiki-inspired Island Time ($18), featuring Rum Bar Jamaican Silver Rum, Cave Creek Olive Oil Company Honey Ginger Balsamic, green chartreuse, orgeat, lime juice and an Angostura float, hits the mark. Or enjoy the Dragon Tales ($15) made with Hibiscus Jamaican Rum, Fruitful Dragon fruit liqueur, coconut rum, pineapple and lime.
Happy hour is now offered daily at Poppy’s Office during the first hour of opening and the last hour before closing. Happy hour specials include $2 off specialty cocktails as well as the following featured happy hour cocktails:
Aquavit Daiquiri — Aquavit, fresh lime and Demerara, $9
Poppy’s Margarita — Corazon Blanco, lime, agave and citrus salt, $9
Other specials include $5 draft beers including rotating seasonal sippers as well as $5 wines by the glass. During happy hour, guests can enjoy their choice of bruschetta, cheese and charcuterie and hummus for half price.
