Join LAFFORT® for our annual Rendezvous, a technical seminar addressing current winemaking trends. The 2024 Rendezvous will discuss research, product development, and processing techniques, focusing on three topics: Bio-acidification, plant protein-based fining agents, and a deep dive into aromatic white and rosé winemaking utilizing techniques from Provence, France.
