Join wine host Joe Barsotti of Barsotti Wines for a an evening of great wine and food. Wines will be paired with small plates courtesy of Priory chefs Pete Phillipy and Mike Henney, with dessert by Priory Fine Pastries.
These are wines meant for summer drinking - light, refreshing and the reds have just a bit of chill on them. Our wines will be:
Troupe Albarino (Spain)
Chateau Tassin Rose (France)
Manos Negras Pinot Noir (Argentina)
Bava Barbera d'Asti (Italy)
