Heralded in Burgundy as an exceptional vintage among wine professionals, 2002 has proved successful in showing each vineyard’s pedigree with eloquent precision. Purity is what best defines the red wines from this harvest. The vintage is considered ideal by many, with perfectly ripe fruit even in more historically challenging vineyards where cool air gets trapped. 2002 also gave birth to more gentle and elegant wines than the more muscular 1999, another exceptional vintage. At Domaine Armand Rousseau, they feel the wines have the freshness of 1996 with the ripeness of 1999. That solid base is reinforced by well anchored tannins. Today with a couple decades in bottle, we are thrilled to open these gems from superior producers and appellations.

Pressoir.wine does not issue refunds as a policy. Tickets may be transferred to other guests by emailing info@pressoir.wine or by using Eventbrite’s transfer ticket function. The only circumstances under which refunds will be issued are if events are completely cancelled or if an attendee requests one and shows proof of a positive Covid-19 test.
