For ages 18 & up

Perfect your knife skills while preparing a traditional raw fish salad bowl; a non-traditional but equally delicious salad with cooked shrimp; or a meatless version that is filled with vegetables and fruits - each one tailored to your taste. Our instructors will cook the rice; prepare a green salad and vinaigrette; and provide all of the ingredients that you'll need to create your own perfect bowl of poke. You'll slice and dice the ingredients - then create the poke bowl of your dreams. There will be plenty of options for vegetarians to create a bowl and cooked shrimp will be available for those who prefer not to consume raw fish.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that has been perfectly paired with your meal.

We'll provide:

• Steamed Rice

• Cooked Shrimp for those who prefer not to eat raw seafood

• A Green Salad with Vinaigrette

• Condiments including Pickled Vegetables; Seaweed; A Variety of Oils & Sauces

Your team will prep:

• Vegetables including Sweet Onions; Cucumbers; Peppers; Radishes

• Fruits including Mango; Green Apples; Watermelon; Avocados

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
