We have the honor and the pleasure of hosting visionary winemaker and Pietraventosa winery owner, Marianna Annio at Donato Enoteca where she will transport us to her beloved Puglia and share the bounty of her wines.
To pair with her amazing wines, Chef Donato Scotti and Gianluca Guglielmi will prepare a sumptuous 5-course Pugliese menu. Among the wines tasted we will try a Malvasia, a Rose (Tre Bicchiere winner) a Pitraventosa's world-class Primitivos.
Marianna Annio together with her husband, Raffaele are the founders of Pietraventosa winery in Puglia.
Founded in 2005, Agricole Pietraventosa immediately become one of the most representative wineries in the territory of the Gioia del Colle Primitivo DOC. Renowned for its exquisite Primitivo wines, Pietraventosa captures the essence of Gioia del Colle, inviting you to savor the true taste of southern Italy.
