The Wine House is thrilled to welcome Emanuele Baldi, Export Director for the Antinori estate of Prunotto. The rich history of the Prunotto estate dates back to 1904, when the wine growers’ cooperative “Ai vini delle Langhe” was established in the council chamber of Serralunga. One of the founding members, Alfredo Prunotto, lead the first harvest in 1905 and eventually came to own the winery, making it one of the oldest in the area. Prunotto is also the original winery to produce Cru wines in Piedmont as the first in the region to select, vinify and label single vineyards. Today Prunotto continues to take a leadership position in the development of Piedmont wines and Barolo in particular.
Taste an array of the outstanding series of classic wines from the estate. Prunotto have had great success with the union between experimentation and the production of varieties which represent a real and personalized voyage through the Piedmontese territory. It is a journey through the aromas and characteristics typical of the grapes cultivated in the hills of Piedmont.
