Petite Left Bank, a “petite” spinoff of the long-standing Left Bank Brasserie concept founded by Chef Roland Passot, is a traditional French café and bistro. During the day, handcrafted savory dishes feature modern flavors and techniques that embrace their French European heritage. At night, Petite Left Bank transforms into a lively space with bistro highlights that showcases French recipes and classics.
A notable wine list complements the Petite Left Bank menu, featuring a range of hand-selected domestic and imported wines by the glass, including wines on tap. An artisan craft cocktail menu offers classic, contemporary and signature libations, and for those wishing to partake of spirit-free beverages, there is a wide range of zero proof cocktails and refresher selections, as well as modern offerings such as CBD sparkling water.
The restaurant’s vibrant ambiance and playful bistro atmosphere evokes a jewel box covered in a rich color palette of French blues and deep reds accented by antique metal details. Authentic French bistro elements such as wood bistro chairs, vintage antique mirrors and herringbone wood flooring provide an elegant yet whimsical theme. Black and white accent tiles at the entrance and in the bar area weave in a modern, chic vibe. The dining room custom wallpaper features a delicate toile background with dancing pigs sailing through Tiburon’s waterways. The bar is intimate and cozy with round pendant lighting, black and white accent tiles, antique mirrors, red bar stools and an authentic pewter bar top.
