The Bernardo Winery Kitchen serves fresh, handmade pasta and we want to share techniques and intricacies of making one of Italy’s finest exports. The February class will focus on 2 classic shapes, the long broad fettucine, and the stuffed “candy” Dolcetto. Taught by Bernardo Winery chefs in our historic Barrel Room, this class is a complete guide to pasta dough, rolling, forming, and cooking. A great class for the beginner or the intermediate home chef.
