Wine lovers will indulge in six mind-blowing wines and a five-course decadent dinner at the Orin Swift Wine Dinner at Red Horse by David Burke on Thursday, February 9, from 6:30-9:30 p.m. The award-winning steakhouse with an Asian flair and sushi bar was named one of New Jersey’s Top 30 restaurants 2022 by NJ Monthly. The dinner will feature highly sought-after wines by winemaker David Swift Phinney, whose wines have achieved a cult-like following. Internationally-awarded, celebrity Chef David Burke has personally curated an exceptional menu to highlight each of the wine varietal nuances.
