Is that fall in the air? Whether (or not!) the weather agrees, fall is around the corner — and on the plate at Original Breakfast House! In honor of autumn, OBH debuts the following hearty harvest-season specials:
Sweet Potato Short Rib Hash — Sweet potatoes, onions, peppers and shredded short ribs finished with rich mushroom gravy and two eggs any way, $16.50
Migas con Chorizo — Crushed tortilla chips, scrambled eggs, onions, tomatoes and chorizo topped with OBH’s famous green chile sauce and queso fresco and served with refried black beans, $15
Bayou Shrimp and Grits — This guest favorite features large shrimp, sauteed green and red bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and bacon over cheesy grits and topped with a poached egg. Served with a house-made biscuit, $16.50
OBH Quinoa Breakfast Bowl — Organic quinoa, spinach, mushrooms, onions and roasted tomatoes topped with a poached egg finished with house-made pesto and served with baked pita crisps, $15
“So Good” GF Pumpkin Pancakes — The name says it all! This seasonal specialty is sprinkled with cinnamon and served with honey butter, $13.75
Birria Torta Ahogada — “Delicious and sloppy,” this dish features a fresh-baked Telera roll stuffed with slow-braised birria, avocado and melted cheese dipped in consommé and grilled to perfection. Served with cucumber, radish and limes, $15
