makes (and teaches) a specialty cocktail

with Melissa Walker, SGCC America (citizens supporting candidates at the state level)

Odette Williams and Natalka Burian are two successful authors and entrepreneurs. Williams has authored two beloved cookbooks and writes regularly for the Wall Street Journal.

Burian has co-founded three cocktail bars including Elsa Bar. She’s also a prolific author and novelist. Her response to the 2016 US Presidential election was to found The Freya Project.*

Here are two local mothers who care about the future of our democracy and are willing to gather those who want to hear their story, drink their cocktails, eat their food, and experience their hospitality all in support of a better future for all.

A brief description from Melissa Walker about State Government Citizen’s Campaign (SGCC) to support state legislative races.

This night will be fun and hopeful. Spend the evening with brilliant, kind, and purpose-driven women who believe this next election is winable and have an actionable pathway to make a difference in the outcome.

*The Freya Project creates an inclusive community of women by donating all event proceeds to nonprofits that advocate for the rights of all women. TFP aims to do what all great literature can: make possible a better world.

We hope you can join!
