Ocean Prime has updated its menu to offer new items as well as elevated and modified twists on diners’ favorites. All new items include:
-Ocean Roll with tuna, salmon, Hamachi, avocado and chili garlic oil
-Sashimi on ice
-Miso Black Cod with bok choy, hearts of palm, and ginger sweet potato puree
-24 oz. Bone-In Ribeye
-Lobster Mac and Cheese side
-Lobster Tail accessory
In addition, the following have been revised to correlate with the season and offer guests a new twist on their most beloved dishes including:
-Surf & Turf” Appetizer – scallops, braised short rib, celery root puree, and mustard gremolata
-Tempura Fried Spicy Tuna Roll with cucumber and scallion
-Crisp Iceberg “Wedge” with candied bacon, marinated tomatoes, pickled onions, blue cheese, and cabernet buttermilk dressing
-Butter Poached Lobster Tails with sweet corn, red pepper cream, and chili oil
-Saddleberk Farms Pork – Berkshire chop with cider cabbage, bacon, and sherry reduction
-Truffle Butter – a rich compound butter made with roasted garlic and shallots combined with chopped truffles and truffle oil
