*2nd Course: The Fort Signature Salad with mixed greens, jicama, ginger, pepitas, topped with our famous Damiana dressing. Salad served with our Fort dinner rolls and pumpkin walnut bread.

*3rd Course - Our juicy 5oz Buffalo Sirloin alongside our 7oz NY Strip both covered in our homemade Green Peppercorn Sauce. Served with our buttery, garlic mashed potatoes Seasonal Vegetable.
