An exclusive dinner for few, together with Sommelier Dave Gerardu, Italian Wine Ambassador Stefano Campanini, we chat with the Executive Chef Conrado Tromp while he prepares for us a pairing dinner with some of the rarest California wines:
Hartford Court - Dutton-Sanchietti Veneyard Pinot Noir 1998 paired with Bone Marrow Steak Tartare (Prime beef tenderloin, bone marrow, chimichurri, grilled sourdough)
Turley - Zinfandel Howell Mountain Dragon Vineyard 2007 paired with Herb Crusted Lamb Loin (truffle parsnip puree, Swiss chard and lamb “bonbon”, truffle jus)
Kenwood - Cabernet Sauvignon Artist Series 1988 and Kenwood - Cabernet Sauvignon Artist Series 1989 paired with Roasted Maitake Mushrooms (Creamy polenta, shaved parmesan, lemon thyme sauce)
Caymus - Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 1990 and Heitz - Martha's Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 1981 paired with Veal Cheeks (Celeriac mousseline, slow braised red cabbage, green apple)
Dessert.
We will be received in the Wine Vault private room for an aperitif then we will be taken to the Chef's table for this exclusive experience.
$199++ per person.
A deposit of $100 is required for the reservation.
