Born and raised in South Africa where he studied winemaking in Stellenbosch, Ross has been in the wine industry for 15+ years and has made wine in South Africa, Western Australia, Bordeaux, Napa and Sonoma. When they decided to find a sustainable alternative to glass that doesn't sacrifice quality, they discovered that boxed wine reduces the carbon footprint by at least 50% and stays fresh for 6 weeks after opening so there's less waste. They couldn't find a reason why you can't put great wine in a box...so they did!

Made in Limoux, France, the Vin Rouge is 100% Syrah and the Vin Blanc is a tasty blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Chardonnay, and 10% native varietal Mauzac. Ross will also be pouring the rosé of 60% Syrah and 40% Malbec.
