Start with the Pinot, stay for the chocolate! Our October local ‘Meet the Makers’ pop-up is Volo Chocolate! After 16 years of owning one of the most beloved restaurants in Sonoma County, Susan and Jeff Mall changed gears in a move to Baja, Mexico. There they became enamored with the traditional foods and ingredients. The two have since returned to their Wine Country home and now craft traditional Mexican style chocolates that are both savory and sweet.
