Whether you are a seasoned enthusiast or just starting to learn more about wine, The Burke Manor Inn is offering a class for every level of wine lover. Learn basics and differences based on grape region, appellation, the power of the terroir and human techniques as you compare several offerings. We can finally understand why wines can be so different!
As France is home to many of the world's most famous and highly regarded wine regions, our French Chef will describe the wide variety of styles and types of wines.
In our class, we will provide a foundation in:

Sensory evaluation
Grape varietals
Food and wine pairings
Enjoy cheese and crackers with your wine as you learn to identify ideal pairings!
Space is limited so RSVP early. Reservations are required. We request that cancellations be made 48 hours or more before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a $25 charge. A credit card may be required to guarantee your reservation.
