In our newest event we have listened to the people and will be doing our famous grilled cheeses paired with some of our amazing and unusual wines for you. We will be serving plates with our decadent open faced grilled cheeses, each paired with an interesting/great/unusual wine. This is unlike any pairing we have done before and you do not want to miss it. It all starts with a starter salad with fresh greens, followed up by four open faced grilled cheeses each expertly paired with a unique wine and finished off with a (wait for it) float using Elio Perrone's Bigaro, a sweet blend of Moscato and Brachetto. It doesn't get any better than that!
