Maple Syrup Brunch and Sugaring Demonstration
March is the beginning of our maple harvest season. On Sunday, March 3rd from 11 - 2 we will have a live maple tree taping demonstration and a step-by-step discussion of the sugaring process. Leighann, our tasting room manager, her husband Dwayne and Spencer will show everyone each of the steps required to make your own syrup. Afterwards, come indoors to enjoy a special Maple syrup inspired brunch made with our own maple syrup. Live music with Guy Tino.
The price is $35 per person (includes a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage. $25 for children. The Maple syrup demonstration begins at 11 am followed by brunch (around 11:45 ish). Maple syrup from Leighann and Dwayne's Sunshine Farm in New Milford will be available for purchase. Advance tickets are required and limited. We hope that you can join us.
