Celebrate and learn the traditions of tamale-making this holiday season! In this workshop, you’ll learn how to create mouthwatering and hearty tamales from scratch including varients of pork & mole negro, chicken & mole amarillo and mushrooms.
You’ll learn the technique and recipe from Rosalyn and then have time to prepare your own batch to take home, freeze, and serve at your holiday gathering.
After the lesson, you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch of the tamales (prepared by Cocina Luchadoras) as well as hot chocolate (chocotole).
