Our mission is to share Liberia’s exotic aromas, cultures, and values while building bonds with our guests one meal at a time. Chef Ameneh looks forward to sharing her family recipes with you!

Garlic Roasted Eggplant: Assorted vegetables roasted in olive oil and a blend of herbs, served over oven-roasted eggplant drizzled in olive oil.

Seafood Spring Rolls: Liberian-style spicy seafood spring rolls. This pastry is filled with an assortment of seafood, and exotic spices cooked to perfection. Then wrap in a pastry dough and fried until golden brown. Crispy on the outside and mouth-watering on the inside.

Liberian Kidney Beans Stew: Liberian kidney beans stew, cooked with well-seasoned chicken, kidney beans, fresh vegetables, and Liberian spices. Served with white jasmine rice.
