Whether you are a grilling novice, or you’re all fired up, our Let's Get Sauced BBQ Class is sure to set your excitement ablaze! This hand-on class will cover selection, prep, and grilling of a myriad of meats at the winery.
Class Instructor: Bill Mehilos, Head’s Red BBQ
Bill Mehilos, owner of Head's Red BBQ of Roselle, started in competition barbecue in the early 2000s, winning grand champion awards in the Midwest and a first place win from the National BBQ Association in 2010. Bill’s catering company is based out of Roselle and his BBQ sauce is sold around the Midwest.
