Enjoy an intimate evening enjoying handcrafted chocolates by Aura’s Chocolate Bar and two savory dishes prepared with chocolate by Hearthside chef, John Scanlon, paired with premium wines, stouts and whiskies carefully selected by Paul’s Fine Wines & Spirits,servedup in the warmth and elegance of the 200-year old home. Learn the history of chocolate and the art and science of pairing these confections with beverages. Guests will also tour Hearthside House. All proceeds go to support the museum’s educational programs.
