Left Bank Brasserie in Larkspur pays homage to "Poisson d'Avril", April Fools' Day in France, by serving on Monday, April 1, a Chef’s special fish-centric menu item, Pan Seared Skate Grenobloise/$31, with grilled asparagus and roasted fingerling potatoes. In addition, 10% of sales of this item on that day will be donated to the BayEcotarium, whose mission is to protect the San Francisco Bay and its ecosystems.
