When a wine is rated 97-100 points - Robert Parker said the difference could be “what I had for breakfast” … Taste over $9,000 retail and $15,000 restaurant value in wine with a 5-course meal.
This tasting will allow for approximately 1 ounce of each of the 21 wines. We open and pour 1 bottle per guest.

OUR MENU will be market-driven and designed by Chef Ralf Schlegel who was previously Michelin Starred. The Menu will be red wine focused and 5+ courses- This is a listing of the target proteins, the chef’s preparation will allow for dietary restrictions with advanced notice. The final menu will not be ready until shortly before showtime.
