The visionaries behind Le Colonial's culinary and wine program have joined forces in the launch of the fall wine dinner series. The series will begin on Tuesday, September 29 showcasing a collection from renowned Californian winemaker, Orwin Swift in a 5-course menu designed by Executive Chef Hassan Obaye. These dinners will take place in the upstairs lounge which has been reconfigured for social distancing. Tickets are available via Eventbrite at $195 and all featured wines will be available for purchase following dinner.
