LB Steak Bishop Ranch in San Ramon will be celebrating International Whiskey Day, March 27, by featuring a curated selection of whiskies from around the world and a food flight to complement each one-ounce pour. For $35.00, guests will be able to enjoy Heaven Hill Bottled in Bond 7 Year Bourbon, Macallan Double Cask 12 Year, and Nikka Coffey Grain Whiskey and for an additional $35.00 they can also savor chicharrón with pork belly gravy, dry aged duck with spicy sweet aguachile gel, and a pineapple tarte tatin paired with Nikka Coffey caramel. These flights will be available all day March 20 through March 27, in addition to the regular menus. Prices exclude tax and gratuity.
