Hailing from the hills of Catalonia, Harmonic Rose is 100% Garnacha and really showcases the fruit quality of that grape. Garnacha is a perfect varietal for making rose due to its spiciness and natural acidity, which is key for having complex and great tasting rose. The Harmonic rose has plenty of red berry fruits and some delicious watermelon and mango that pair well with a warm breezy day on the patio!
M.Chapoutier 2021 Belleruche Blanc Southern Rhone Valley France
Another terrific white from this team that will sell for a song, the 2021 Côtes Du Rhône Belleruche Blanc offers up lots of peach and hints of citrus as well as notes of chalky minerality and wild fennel. A blend of 40% Roussanne, 25% Viognier, and the rest Grenache Blanc and Clairette, this medium-bodied, balanced, lively white would easily stand up to a Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc in a blind tasting. Drink bottles over the coming 2-4 years.
