Taste what American Cheese Society judges consider the best of American cheesemaking in this sit-down guided tasting with Planet Cheese publisher Janet Fletcher. Janet is the author of three books on cheese, a member of the invitation-only Guilde Internationale des Fromagers and one of the nation’s foremost cheese authorities. The evening begins with an aperitif and hors d’oeuvre, followed by the sit-down tasting with fine wine poured throughout. You’ll be a better taster and smarter cheese shopper when you leave.
