Intro to Blind Tasting

Come join us at Salt & Bubbles Wine Bar and Market for an exciting evening of exploring wines in a whole new way! Willem will guide you through the tasting process, helping you identify the basic structures of different grape varietals. We will use the deductive tasting methodto examine key components of wines, and work to understand the basic profiles of major grapes. Blind tasting is a fun way to really understand what it is you love and hate about different wines without relying on the grape name or region! Wine flights and light snacks provided.
