Escape to Valencia with our authentic Spanish Paella date night class! In this fun and interactive class, you will learn how to create this famous Spanish favorite known for its signature golden saffron hue, smoky flavors of chorizo, fresh seafood and textured vegetables. You will also learn how to flavor profile and blend Spanish flavors, and where to source fresh, seasonal ingredients in order to master the perfect Paella.

Perfect for entertaining, wow your friends and family at your next dinner party with your new found signature dish! Enjoy your Paella with an authentic chilled Catalan Tomato Soup with Manchego cheese, the rich Sheep's cheese for which Spain is so well known. Guests will learn to perfect Patatas Bravas with a homemade aioli for dipping. Throughout the evening you will execute all three dishes from scratch with the expert guidance of our Executive Chef Instructor.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
