Both beginners and wine connoisseurs alike are welcome as all will leave this class having learned how wine is produced, the rituals involved in wine service at a restaurant, what you actually enjoy in wine, and an appreciation for wine as a part of a meal. Guided by our expert Sommelier, you will taste and contrast six different wines. There will be a sparkling wine, an unoaked white, an oaked white, and 3 reds of different styles for you to taste.
