“Homage to Catalonia” Wine Dinner with importer European Cellars
Thursday, June 2 at 6:30pm
Please join us for the second in our series of wine dinners focusing on importers and their portfolios. When considering a bottle by an unfamiliar producer, the name of a reliable importer on the back label is one of the best clues to the quality of the wine. Since 1990, Eric Solomon's European Cellars has specialized in wines from southern France and Spain, championing young, innovative winemakers and helping to bring lesser-known regions into the mainstream of the American market. The wines selected for this dinner all come from the region of Catalonia in eastern Spain, near Barcelona.
