HOLU is pleased to announce a weekly opportunity to enjoy bottles of wine at rare pricing, launching on Valentine’s Day. Beginning Wednesday, February 14 and every Wednesday evening thereafter for a limited time, the modern Asian steakhouse – consistently named among the best in Chicago by Eater and The Infatuation and awarded three stars from the Chicago Tribune – will offer half-off bottles of wine across its entire portfolio.
Located in West Chinatown, HOLU features the world’s finest meat — including USDA Prime beef, dry aged in-house with Himalayan pink salt, as well as snow aged Japanese A5 Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, North American Wagyu and more. Complemented with sustainable seafood and organic vegetables, omakase-style menus are prepared on a smokeless, ceramic charcoal grill.
