Eat and drink your way through an elevated four course meal while enjoying descriptions and pairing notes from our Executive Chef and Director Of Brewing Operations.
Reception Beer:
Classic Lager - A crisp and refreshing 5% American lager
Course 1:
Local Frisee an mustard greens with pickled Shunkyo radishes and crispy pig ears from Autumn Olive Farms.
Paired with Prime Meridian: A hoppy 6% Belgian blonde ale tapped just for the evening
Course 2:
Potato Rosti, alpine cheese, mushroom ragout and parmesan.
Paired with Utah Get Me Two: an 8% Double IPA
Course 3:
Barley malted pork, sweet potatoes, fresh herbs and Sassafras
Paired with Uncle Sam: A 5.5% seasonal cranberry wheat ale.
Course 4:
Chocolate tart with pecan praline, caramel and chocolate ganache.
Paired with Lot 14: A 6% wild cherry ale brewed in celebration of our opening.
