2. Mahi-Mahi & Shrimp Stew - saffron aioli & grilled baguette *** 'The Equalizer' - heaven hill 7yr bottled in bond bourbon, licor 43, all spice dram, fresh orange & lemon juice & mint
3. Tenderloin Tartar - horseradish whipped cream *** 'Chile Old Fashioned' - henry mckenna, ancho reyes liqueur, sugar cube, orange & angostura bitter
4. Filet Mignon with Herbed Truffle Crust - potato leek tart, roasted root vegetables & rosemary butter *** Larceny Barrel Proof - that's it. Ice ball or neat?
